For complaints, please use the subject line “Complaint” and include your order number so that we can help you quickly.

3. Who this Website is for

The Website is intended for consumers located in the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over. We currently sell and deliver goods only to addresses in the United Kingdom. Information on the Website is not an offer to customers in any other country.

4. Nature of our business

We sell consumer goods online through miarus.com. When you buy from us, the contract for the sale of goods is made between you and NovaSupplies VOF. Our goods are dispatched from outside the United Kingdom, and we act as the seller and handle the customs documentation for UK orders, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

5. Prices, VAT and currency

All prices on the Website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Prices and offers may change without notice, but any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted. We take care to show correct prices, but if we find an error, we will handle it as set out in our Terms of Service.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and availability on the Website are accurate and up to date. Images are for illustration, and colours may differ slightly depending on your screen. Product information is provided for guidance. If you need more detail before you buy, please email us. Nothing on the Website is a guarantee beyond the rights you have under law and the terms of your contract with us.

7. Your consumer rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, are not affected by this notice or by anything else on the Website. In particular:

  • you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods. We give you 30 days from delivery, which is longer than the legal minimum of 14 days;
  • goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described;

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and your own, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or contain offensive, defamatory or misleading material. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to display and use it on the Website and in our marketing. We may edit or remove content at our discretion. We do not pay or give incentives for positive reviews, and we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.
